The Center for Research and Policy Making within the project Advocacy for open government: Civil society agenda setting and monitoring of action plans in Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia financed by the European Commission has produced a baseline mapping report of the progress under the implementation of the OGP action plan in Republic of Macedonia. The study notes that Macedonian citizens do not have trust in Government and while the OGP action plan works in direction of opening the institutions to citizens participation in decision making and contributing to accountable, effective and efficient implementation of policies without the inclusion of the civil society sector it might proof not viable for Macedonia.
