The Center for Research and Policy Making together with the Institute for Democracy and Mediation – IDM and Faktoje formed an alliance to improve the governance and oversight of budget planning and implementation by strengthening the capacities of CSO’s at the local and national levels to effectively participate in budget planning and to monitor and evaluate budget implementation.
On the Kick off meeting in Ohrid we have overviewed the situation and prepared the Inception report, developed Communication strategy and monitoring and evaluation of the project.
We are ready to improve capacities of CSO’s and media to watchdog public finances and provide advise:
- SSAI to improve transparency and accountability;
- Information and Data Protection IDP Commissioner’s Office to improve public access to information.
