Center for Research and Policy Making – CRPM, represented by Executive director, Dr. Marija Risteska, took an active part in the Southeast Europe Peer Exchange organized on the 23rd and 24th May 2017 in Sarajevo by the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
The focus of the conference was peer exchange of good practices and common challenges in both national action plan development and implementation – strengthening regional collaboration and mutual learning. The objectives were sharing experiences on developing and monitoring action plans in order to provide inputs in developing NAPs and for implementation, reviewing co-creation practices and the new Standards as well as monitoring tools and examples.
The participants were able to discuss OGP and regional thematic priorities, with special attention on concrete commitments from the region – identifying opportunities for linking those national and regional priorities with more ambitious reforms through the OGP action plans. They also discussed the IRM reports, criteria and inclusion of new Co-creation and Participation Standards into the assessments.
