This comprehensive, practically oriented program is designed for individuals working with or collaborating with CSOs, as well as independent consultants and experts. The Academy aims to strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in financial and administrative management, transparency, and organizational sustainability.

The program is accredited by the Center for Adult Education in Macedonia and the Agency for Qualifications in Serbia. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate recognizing the skills and competencies acquired.

Why is this Academy important for you and your organization?

The civil society sector has shown a clear need for enhanced expertise in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, compliance with legal and donor requirements, and financial reporting. This Academy responds directly to these needs and helps CSOs:

The practical content of each module is adapted to basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.

The program will be implemented in Macedonia and Serbia from April to June 2026, with sessions held twice weekly, totaling 120 hours (30 hours of theory and 90 hours of practical work per country).

Sessions will be conducted in the local language.

The Academy uses a blended learning approach: the first and last sessions of each module will be held in person, while other sessions will take place online via the Zoom platform.
