Public Management Reform: Modernizing Pension Systems in Sweden and Macedonia

In this paper the process of pension reform in Sweden and Macedonia is being studied in comparative perspective. The approach used in this paper examines the factors that influence the policy reform and the transmission and diffusion of policy alternatives.
