Unlike other think tanks CRPM manages the whole policy cycle. It identifies policy problems and sets the policy agenda of the government, provides problem and situation analysis and identifies policy options that are evaluated and their impact is assessed before being recommended for adoption. The organization also acts as a watchdog and monitors policy implementation as well as has experience in ex-post policy and project/program evaluation.
