Natasa Nikolovska Stankovic is a development professional with over 24 years of experience in strategic communications, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), governance reform, and project management within USAID and internationally funded programs. She brings a proven track record in advancing transparency, accountability, and citizen participation through data-driven and high-impact programming.

Currently serving as Project Officer for the SMART Balkans project at CRPM, Natasha leads communication and visibility efforts, proactively supports the daily implementation of project activities in compliance with work plans and objectives, and facilitates coordination across North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania.

Previously, as Deputy Chief of Party of USAID’s Strengthening Resource Mobilization Activity, she led high-performing teams in the design and execution of initiatives that enhanced public finance transparency, anti-corruption efforts, and stakeholder engagement. Her leadership was instrumental in delivering nationwide public outreach campaigns, strengthening governance frameworks in over 80 municipalities, and developing innovative communication tools that promoted transparency and citizen trust.

Natasha holds a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences with a focus on decentralization from the Institute of Economics of the St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and commitment to inclusive and accountable governance.

Natasha loves making memories with her family and prioritizes spending quality time together.
