Trade unionism, collective bargaining with the social partners, labor management relations as well as the national labor policy and labor law are the core subjects of this research field. CRPM research covers most of these subjects in an effort to depict the impact of different measures and policies ranging from social to economic policies on the industrial relations in the country.
