Ilina Pop Hristova is the Finance Manager at the Centre for Research and Policy Making (CRPM), where she oversees financial operations, donor reporting, and compliance, ensuring the smooth implementation of programs and projects across the organization. She brings extensive experience in budgeting, procurement, human resources, and contract negotiation, with a strong record of managing complex donor-funded initiatives.
Prior to joining CRPM, Ilina served as Administrative and Financial Director at the Youth Educational Forum, where she managed organizational budgets, coordinated with international donors, and developed internal financial and administrative procedures.
Ilina holds a degree in Business Administration from Anglo American University in Prague. She is fluent in Macedonian, Serbian, English, and German, with working knowledge of Czech. Known for her proactive and results-oriented approach, she brings expertise in financial management, project administration, and compliance within civil society and international development programs.
