Small Steps, Big Safety – Practical Information on Safety and Civil Protection
Preparedness does not begin when a crisis occurs, but much earlier. Being informed, responding promptly, and having a basic understanding of protection procedures can significantly reduce risks during natural disasters and other emergency situations.
The brochure “Small Steps, Big Safety” now available in Macedonian offers practical guidance on:
Preparing for emergency situations
Responding appropriately during natural disasters
Recognizing universal distress and emergency signals
Preparing an emergency kit
Strengthening a culture of safety and resilience within the community
Safety is a shared responsibility. Through timely education and preparedness, we can all contribute to creating a safer environment for everyone.
The brochure “Small Steps, Big Safety” was published as part of the BEALERT Interreg project, which is funded by the European Union.
