THE ROLE OF THE STATE IN THE HEALTH CARE REFORMS IN WESTERN EUROPE AND REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

The paper discusses the components of health care system, the introduction of entrepreneurial behavior in the health care systems in Europe, it compares two European countries (United Kingdom and Germany) with emphasis on the role of government and introduction of planned markets in the health care systems
