With education in both languages and business management Ksenija Putilin Stamkoska has been dedicated to strategic communication in the civil society sector for over ten years. Her focus has also encompassed civil society development – from strategic long-term planning to developing constituent relations. Ksenija has successfully, developed and maintained international networks for professional collaboration both as an activist and as a mentor for youth in civil society.

Her focus in CRPM is the development of lean strategic communication strategies with long-term effect alongside the development of engaging communication content which engages the constituents of the organization.

As a keen birdwatcher, Ksenija is also a great supporter of green initiatives and a strong advocate for civic environmental action.
