The Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM), with support from GIZ and the German Cooperation, is launching a nationwide communications campaign to promote the newly adopted Law on Work Engagement of Persons. This landmark law, adopted by the Assembly of North Macedonia in May 2025, formalizes seasonal, temporary, and casual work, offering legal protections and social benefits to thousands of workers, while simplifying procedures for employers.

To ensure the effective roll-out of the law and the accompanying digital platform, we are seeking an experienced Communications Expert to coordinate and lead the campaign.

Role of the Communications Expert

The selected consultant will lead the implementation of the campaign, ensuring strategic direction, timely delivery, and consistent messaging across all channels. The Expert will make sure all campaign activities are in line with the Strategic Communications Plan, well-coordinated, and aligned with project objectives.

Key responsibilities include preparing an Action Plan and Implementation Timeline, planning and managing media appearances, interviews, and press engagements, and ensuring consistency and quality across all communication materials. The Expert will also support the development of success stories, landing pages, and campaign events, while monitoring progress and contributing to the final evaluation.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a professional with:

  • Proven experience in strategic communications, media relations, and campaign coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of North Macedonia’s media landscape and experience in public policy or development projects
  • Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder coordination skills
Application

Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications, including CV, brief concept, and financial offer, by 5 September 2025, no later than 17:00 (COB).
