| Igor Antov holds a B.A. in political science from the Free University Berlin and is a M.A. candidate in international politics at the University of Hamburg. In 2018 he founded the NGO “Youth Guerilla” assuming the role of head of operations. The NGO primarily focussed on youth and social development through projects on social inclusion, informal education, sport and art. For his master studies he was awarded a scholarship by one of the german foundations (Begabtenförderungswerke). After 5 months he was elected to represent the interests of the international scholarship holders within the foundation. During his master studies, he has worked as a student assistant at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) on a project focussed on global interdependence. Furthermore, he has done an internship at the German Parliament, under the MdB Josip Juratovic. He has done two further internships in Viena at the Austrian Institute for International Politics (ÖIIP) and in Munich at the Southeast Europe Association (SOG). His responsibilities at the ÖIIP included preparing policy briefs and academic analysis about events happening in the Western Balkans, whereas his tasks at the SOG were aimed at approaching the problems in the Western Balkans in a more direct manner through moderating panel discussions and helping organize events with relevant stakeholders. | Art Latifi is a civil society activist. He has been graduated both in Political Sciences and International Relations, in the Faculty of Contemporary Social Sciences at the South East European University, and as well as graduated in Genetics and Molecular Biology at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. He is focused on researching global issues and has been in close working relationship with the Institute for Democracy and Development. Art has a good knowledge of integration and public policies and has interest on policy making process in countries of the Balkans. As a student activist he has participated in series of projects dealing with multiculturalism with few schools in his home town Kumanovo, as well as other projects to improve the role of civil society and public administration policy decision making process. | Kalina Dukovska short bio Proactive and multilingual researcher based in Skopje, North Macedonia, with a robust academic background in International and Ecological Economics. Holding a Double Master of Arts from the University Technology of Compeigne & Sorbonne University Paris, France, and HWR Berlin, Germany, with majors in Sustainable Development, Ecological Economics, and International Economics, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Business from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at the Youth Educational Forum, and engaging in multiple research roles, including a Research Associate at Salar International and a Research Fellow at DPZ Berlin. In these positions, Kalina has proposed and developed strategic research projects focusing on EU-Western Balkan relations, moderated key sessions, and collaborated with local authorities on EU policy regulations. | Kristina comes from the warm and lovely town of Gevgelija. In 2009 she graduated with honors at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje and obtained BA in Translation (English to Macedonian Language and vice versa). Kristina obtained her MBA in Healthcare Management at City College, University of York in 2024. Kristina currently works as a medical administrator at the U.S. government agency Peace Corps North Macedonia, supporting American citizens who come to volunteer in North Macedonia. She also works as a freelance translator and is a certified court translator. Due to her inquisitive nature, Kristina loves to travel, explore new cultures, read autobiographies, as well as dive into psychology and history. She loves animals and considers dancing as a form of therapy.
