Igor Antov holds a B.A. in political science from the Free University Berlin and is a M.A. candidate in international politics at the University of Hamburg. In 2018 he founded the NGO “Youth Guerilla” assuming the role of head of operations. The NGO primarily focussed on youth and social development through projects on social inclusion, informal education, sport and art. For his master studies he was awarded a scholarship by one of the german foundations (Begabtenförderungswerke). After 5 months he was elected to represent the interests of the international scholarship holders within the foundation. During his master studies, he has worked as a student assistant at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) on a project focussed on global interdependence. Furthermore, he has done an internship at the German Parliament, under the MdB Josip Juratovic. He has done two further internships in Viena at the Austrian Institute for International Politics (ÖIIP) and in Munich at the Southeast Europe Association (SOG). His responsibilities at the ÖIIP included preparing policy briefs and academic analysis about events happening in the Western Balkans, whereas his tasks at the SOG were aimed at approaching the problems in the Western Balkans in a more direct manner through moderating panel discussions and helping organize events with relevant stakeholders. He is proficient in German (C1) and English (C2).
Stefan Veljanovski holds a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Chevening Scholar, a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Indiana University Northwest, and a Doctor of Economics from the International University of Struga. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in the United States, Carbon Literacy Certificate holder from the University of Nottingham, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder for process improvement. Currently, he serves as an Associate Faculty lecturing micro and macroeconomics at Indiana University Northwest. His publications cover topics such as disinformation, poverty alleviation, and renewable energy in Macedonia.
Kristijan Aleksovski is holding a BA in Political science and and MA in Diplomacy.
Currently he is part of the Ministry of foreign affairs working on bilateral relations with European countries.
He has participated in numerous training programs and conferences regarding international diplomacy and has also been working as a teaching assistant at FON University and in strategic communication company before joining the MFA.

Emilija Bumbaroska works at CRPM as a Financial Officer in a continuation of her professional development in the field of Finance and Controlling. She has several years of different working experience, especially in accountancy, and as well as experience in a few International Organizations in the EU countries. Emilija Bumbaroska holds two Postgraduate degrees: Master in European Studies at the Faculty of Economics (SS Cyril and Methodius Skopje) and Master in Diplomacy at the Faculty of Political Sciences (FON-AUE Skopje). Subsequent education is Controlling at the Heidelberg University (ABIT Skopje 2022). Besides the professional development, she is interested in personal growth with literature, sports, music and travels. Moreover, her passion is learning foreign languages, as she fluently speaks English, Spanish, Italian; has working knowledge of French, German, Russian and basic knowledge of some of the local languages -Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian, Bulgarian.
Art Latifi is a civil society activist. He has been graduated both in Political Sciences and International Relations, in the Faculty of Contemporary Social Sciences at the South East European University, and as well as graduated in Genetics and Molecular Biology at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. He is focused on researching global issues and has been in close working relationship with the Institute for Democracy and Development. Art has a good knowledge of integration and public policies and has interest on policy making process in countries of the Balkans. As a student activist he has participated in series of projects dealing with multiculturalism with few schools in his home town Kumanovo, as well as other projects to improve the role of civil society and public administration policy decision making process. In Art’s work, one can find the evidence of his wide knowledge of Euro-Atlantic integration and international organizations, and their effects on the local communities.
Borjan Trajkoski is pursuing an MSc in Data Science at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. He holds a BSc in E-Business from the Faculty of Economics at the same university and has completed specialized academies in Data Science and FinTech. Borjan currently works as a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, with previous experience as a Sales Analyst, Brand Manager, IT Support, and ERP System Manager in the Wholesale and Distribution industry. He has held leadership roles in student and youth organizations, was a scholar of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, events, and projects related to business, economics, IT, management, and politics.
Gjorgji Hadji Vasilev holds a BA in Political Science and is currently pursuing a master's degree in International Relations, Diplomacy, and EU Integrations at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus". He works as a Junior Researcher at the Institute for Democracy "Societas Civilis" in Skopje. He is an alumnus of the School of Policies at the Presidential Center for Political Education and the Youth Leadership Academy at the National Democratic Institute (NDI). Risto Damovski is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in International Relations, EU Integrations, and Diplomacy from the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" at "Ss. Throughout his academic and professional career, Risto has demonstrated a strong commitment to political education and civic engagement. Sterjo Papuli, born and raised in Skopje, is a graduate of the prestigious Academy of
Economic Studies in Bucharest he specializes in International Business and Economics
with an MA in International Relations and Economic Diplomacy. During his studies, he
served as President of the Association of Macedonian Students in Romania.
He has started his career development as a practitioner in the Embassy of the Republic
of Macedonia in Bucharest ultimately becoming the personal assistant to the
ambassador H.E Gabriel Atanasov. For the past 4 years, he made a shift and thrived in

Arlinda Кastrati holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Linguistics “Blaze Koneski”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje in the field of English Language and literature and master degree in the field of European integration and communication, department of Foreign policy and security of EU. Kalina Dukovska short bio
Proactive and multilingual researcher based in Skopje, North Macedonia, with a robust
academic background in International and Ecological Economics. Holding a Double
Master of Arts from the University Technology of Compeigne & Sorbonne University
Paris, France, and HWR Berlin, Germany, with majors in Sustainable Development,
Ecological Economics, and International Economics, complemented by a Bachelor of
Science in International Economics and Business from the University of Ljubljana,
Faculty of Economics.
Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at the Youth Educational Forum, and
engaging in multiple research roles, including a Research Associate at Salar
International and a Research Fellow at DPZ Berlin. In these positions, Kalina has
proposed and developed strategic research projects focusing on EU-Western Balkan
relations, moderated key sessions, and collaborated with local authorities on EU policy
regulations. Additionally, through her work in Laboratorium, the cultural-educational
center in Skopje, she has coordinated numerous educational events and workshops,
fostering cooperation with national institutions and regional networks. She is also one
of the founders of the Institute for the Socioeconomic Development of the Western
Balkans.
Kristina comes from the warm and lovely town of Gevgelija. In 2009 she graduated with honors at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje and obtained BA in Translation (English to Macedonian Language and vice versa). Kristina obtained her MBA in Healthcare Management at City College, University of York in 2024. Kristina currently works as a medical administrator at the U.S. government agency Peace Corps North Macedonia, supporting American citizens who come to volunteer in North Macedonia. She also works as a freelance translator and is a certified court translator. Due to her inquisitive nature, Kristina loves to travel, explore new cultures, read autobiographies, as well as dive into psychology and history. She loves animals and considers dancing as a form of therapy.
