Kristijan Trajkovski holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, through which he gained a solid foundation in public policy, public relations, marketing, and the application of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. He is also part of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Scholar Network.
Kristijan began his professional journey at the Centre for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) as an intern and researcher. He now serves as Program Coordinator, where he primarily leads the implementation of reforms for simplified hiring of seasonal workers. His expertise spans a range of labor market and economic issues, including informal economy, industrial relations, employment trends such as new forms of work, and digitalization.
With strong skills in data collection, processing, and analysis—including proficiency in SPSS, Stata, and Excel—Kristijan has coordinated numerous surveys, including social mapping efforts across several municipalities in the region.
He is committed to evidence-based policy development and continues to contribute to CRPM’s research and advocacy efforts in support of more inclusive and modern labor market practices.
