Mila Mitkovska holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in International Business from the American College of Thessaloniki. Currently, she is pursuing further specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) at the Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies of Serbia in Belgrade.

With a solid academic foundation, Mila has gained diverse experience in both clinical and research settings, contributing to projects focused on mental health, social support, and sustainable development. Her background includes internships where she gained hands-on experience in patient care, psychological assessments, and supporting vulnerable populations. She has worked with adolescents through emotional and educational interventions, contributed to financial literacy research for young adults, and developed conflict resolution materials for educational contexts. Additionally, Mila has facilitated mental health workshops and created inclusive educational resources for youth.

In recognition of her commitment to social impact and innovation, Mila, together with five teammates, was awarded a global award in the Generation Unlimited Youth Challenge for developing “Speak Out”, a mobile application designed to combat bullying.

She recently joined the CRPM team, initially as an intern, now as a Project Assistant. In her current role, she is involved in planning and executing project activities, supporting the program specialist, and coordinating internal and external communication.
