Magdalena Bunteska has over ten years of experience in project implementation and coordination of various EU-funded IPA projects, with a strong focus on youth employment and support for other vulnerable groups. Her professional background also includes extensive experience in evaluating project applications in the field of education.
She has experience working with public institutions, civil society organizations, and private companies, contributing to the planning and delivery of impactful results in the fields of education, employment, and social inclusion. Magdalena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Defense and is currently completing a Master’s in European Integration and Communication at the University “Sts. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. Her thesis focuses on informal education in the European Union and Macedonia.
Magdalena joined CRPM as a Grants Officer on the SMART Balkans Project, where she manages grants and works to strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations.
